If you can make it back to the U.S. without issue, then: 1. You need to file I-130, I-485, and I-765 (if you want to work at the same time when you wait). 2. Yes. The key is the U.S. Government does not know you are married. So...you know the rest... 2009-05-13 08:45:28 補充: Yes only if you can produce documents that you are currently adjusting status. No for financial aid until you have received approval of your adjustment. 2009-05-15 12:04:11 補充: In your case, you do not have fill those supplement out.

in USA, there is no different where you get marry. more important is where you are living now. you can file the green card application in California after you lived there more than 6 months. the form is -------- i-130, ( if your husband is US citizen, you can file both--- i-130 & i- 485 together ). the waitting time is about 1 year. once you file for green card, your B2 visa will be voild and you must stay in US to wait for the green card. during this time, of course you can study in school, you can try to apply the FA after you live in Ca over 6 months. when they ask you ---are your US citzen or PR?; you should file --- others, state you are pending for green card. you may not get any FA but nothing loss if you try.|||||hi, .... 1. The papers that u need for your US greencard are Form I-130 (it is for your US greencard application) and Form I-485 (Adjust ur status in USA - that means u can wait for your greencard after ur admission date expired), probably it takes around 1 yr, then u will get ur greencard. 2. there is no problem to use ur B2 visa, if US officer asks u why u come to USA, just say visiting friends.
